"Lyn was encouraging and kept me on track as we worked through a lot of sales technicalities, and then closed during a sudden, mid October snow storm. Lyn understood that the selling of my farm home of over 25 years was exhausting physically and emotionally. I raced to beat the weather in Minnesota to get a new mound system septic installed for the house, and dispose of a shed full of farm paraphernalia, and my gardening "stuff", so that the new owners could move in on time. Lyn kept me continually apprised of the time table and "legalities" involved. The closing was uneventful (Yea!), except for the slippery roads.
