"Lyn was encouraging and kept me on track as we worked through a lot of sales technicalities, and then closed during a sudden, mid October snow storm. I raced to beat the weather in Minnesota to get a new mound system septic installed for the house, and dispose of a shed full of farm paraphernalia, and my gardening "stuff", so that the new owners could move in on time. Lyn kept me continually apprised of the time table and "legalities" involved. The closing was uneventful (Yea!), except for the slippery roads. Now Lyn has told me that Century 21 is giving me a vacation, which I will, hopefully, take with my sister to, (warm) California to visit family (taking lots of precautions). Life is good! "
